Civil engineering and surveying for the people who keep roads, drainage, and rural development working — county agencies, townships, developers, and renewable energy projects across Ohio.
Four practice areas, one field-tested approach: assess conditions directly, then engineer for what's real, not theoretical.
County and developer representation, road use maintenance agreements (RUMAs), drainage and stormwater management, and site due diligence.
Program-level and project-level pavement management, including preservation treatments and asphalt recycling.
Surface and subsurface systems, including petition ditch programs and stormwater regulation compliance.
Engineering for shoreline stabilization and marine construction projects.
Nearly three decades across consulting, contracting, and county government.
For close to 30 years, Bryan has led a diverse career in the heavy civil construction industry across both the public and private sectors — working with engineering consultants, land surveyors, construction and drainage contractors, developers, real estate attorneys, and utility and renewable energy companies, as well as directly in government.
For the last 10 years he served as an elected county engineer, responsible for leading a team of 40 professional and skilled-labor employees, the county and township road networks and their maintenance, the petition ditch drainage maintenance program, and implementation of the county's stormwater and access management regulations.
Professional memberships and industry recognition earned through direct, hands-on pavement preservation work.
